This website has no forms, requires no registration and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google. Each situation in which personal data is processed is described below.

2. What data we process and why

a) When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

  • Data: whatever you give us (name, phone, email, device and fault description).
  • Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and handling the repair.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (tax and commercial obligations, up to six years).

b) When you visit the site: server logs.

  • Data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system.
  • Purpose: delivering the site and protecting it against abuse and attacks.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: the short period set by the hosting provider, after which they are deleted.

c) Customer reviews. The reviews shown were copied from our public Google listing and include the public name each author chose there. They are published unedited, based on our legitimate interest in showing real customer feedback (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Visiting the site makes no connection to Google. If you wrote one of these reviews and want it removed, contact us.

d) External links. The WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media buttons are plain links: nothing from those services loads until you click them. From then on, that service's privacy policy applies (e.g. WhatsApp Ireland Limited for WhatsApp).

e) Preferences in your browser. The site remembers your chosen language and light/dark mode by storing them in your own browser. This information is never sent to any server. See the cookie policy for details.

3. Recipients and processors

  • Web hosting: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which processes data on the controller's behalf within the European Union.

No data is disclosed to other third parties unless required by law.

4. International transfers

No data is transferred outside the EU: hosting is within the European Union and the site loads no third-party resources.

5. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@istorecanarias.com or by post to the address above. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If you believe your rights have not been properly respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

6. Other information

No automated decisions or profiling take place. Providing data when contacting us is voluntary, but without it we cannot handle your request. This policy may be updated; the date of the latest change is shown at the top.
